NS1000 EPBX industrial graded multimedia digital SPC switching systems are customized integrated office network communication solutions for large enterprises, with advanced VOIP communications built on business broadband network, which are compatible with the original integrated intelligent communication platform for PSTN lines and device.

System Overview

EPBX integrated communication system built on enterprise broadband network provides advanced VOIP communication, which is compatible with the legacy PSTN lines and device.
 
E-PBX can operate and manage the system in a simple and intuitive way through WEB browser. 
 
E-PBX is comprised of two main system management modules respectively for ordinary users and administrators, which use different accounts and passwords for the respective home log-in.
 
Ordinary User Sign-in

Ordinary user management system is the portal for the general staff (extension subscribers) who can manage their own extension and personalize individual information after log-in through their own extension and password.  

*Main functions of the this module:
1、One number:Set order and rules among multiple calls.
2、Account management:change extension password and personal information
3、Call log:record all call history including calls received、unanswered and call-out
4、Voicemail
5、Teleconference: allow multi-party voice conference and support avatars and drag the invitation
6、Address List:contain private phone book and internal employee directory
7、Advanced Settings:include audio media library and personal preference
 
Administrator Sign-in
Administrator System is an administrator-oriented portal. Administrators can manage the respective system and all extensions after sign-in through their own account and password.

*Main functions of this module:
1、extension management:create and manage extensions, set extension templates, customize predefined ringing groups
2、intelligent switchboard:customized call rules、automated attendant management
3、conferencing systems:the room list and room control
4、summary after call:traffic statistics, statistical classification and call records
5、call center:call queue list and parameter setting
6、system surveillance:monitor status of all extensions
 7、system settings:system status, various parameters, number principles, function setting, system voice prompts and parameters administration
Main panel
E-PBX provides administrators with a simple module navigation panel.
Ordinary users enter the main panel through their own extension numbers and password. The latest information about the system can be obtained from notice in the navigation bar below the scroll.
  Ordinary users can find the recent contacts and a dial is done by clicking on the contact.
■  Users can browse their own extension/account information, call permission (local, national, international)
■  One Number can realize the transfer of multiple calls. Users can set multiple phone numbers (landline, mobile phones) and bind to their extension numbers, as well as adjust the order.
 
Extension Management
Administrators can perform multiple operation on system extensions. The module of “Extension Settings” enables the creation and removal of extensions,as well as setting the various aspects of the existing extensions.
“Extension Module” simplifies things relating to parameters and parameter definitions,improving the efficiency and accuracy of the setting up of bulk extensions.
Ordinary users can change extension password and private information, facilitating the management of personal account.
 
Intelligent Switchboard
It performs more efficiently, intelligently and humanized.
The “Incoming Settings”Module of the intelligent switchboard allows administrators to set different call answering policies. Incoming calls will be split and handled in a humanized way.
“Auto Attendant” module allows administrators to build automated voice response tree unconstrained by hierarchy according to enterprise actual situation and business process.
 
Conferencing System
“Conferencing System” provides a full set functions of voice conference room. Administrators can not only view and control the current conference room through “conference room control” module, but also add conference rooms and modify their parameters through “conference room list” module.
E-PBX has convenient and sophisticated teleconferencing utility, which supports unlimited multiparty calls and free invitation mechanism. When calling a constant conference room number, there will be standard voice prompts for guidance.
 
Ordinary users enter conference room: confirm user identity and input conference room password(which can be blank)or the room password for administrator. After entering the conference room, the administrator can mute or kick someone out of the room. Furthermore, E-PBX provides users with a visualized teleconference room. Through a Flash operation platform,users can view everyone in the current meeting. By “drag and drop”, employees can be invited for the conference while external numbers (mobile phones, landlines, soft phones) can also be invited by entering the corresponding number. 

Address Book
E-PBX provides a  fuzzy query supported online address book. Users can create their private address book and “Click to Call”. The employee directory lists all personal information of employees in the E-PBX system, which also supports “click to call”.


Voicemail
Messages in the voicemail are stored in WAV audio formats. Related settings can be done in “Advanced Settings”.
 
Advanced Settings
Advanced Settings in E-PBX deals with parameters which are more complicated or constant, as well as some shared audio files.“Parameter Settings” manages parameters of: the main panel(like“recent contact”, “One Number” ringing rules, phone recording options and so on)、call history、voicemail and address book. The number of entries to display per page parameter: “audio media library” includes 3 categories: “voice response” (can upload individual tone)、“call record and sound record ”、“music and songs”.

Summary after Call
“Summary after Call” provides “traffic statistics” through statistical analysis of call history. Through the intuitive stacked column chart, Administrators and decision makers can master the every month local, domestic and international communications costs and time trend as well as the detail information of the whole company, extension group and the individual. 
 
“Employee TOP10” lists the highest and fastest growing phone fee of the top 10 employees. “statistical grouping” allows flexible extension set creation and group traffic statistics.

  “Call history query” offers composite condition query to precisely position each batch or single possible problem in the bill.


Call Center
“Call Center” allows the utilization of human resources the most efficient possible for the building of a sufficiently complex and huge voice service system (like customer service center or technical support center).

“Call Queue List” module allows the creation of a call queue yourself. You can set for the queue its name, number, password, CNAP, fixed seat number, temporary seat number, ringing polling rules, interactive voice response tree and so on.   


System Surveillance
“system surveillance” monitors the current operation status of all extensions in the system. Through its Control Panel module, various instant information of extensions can be viewed, such as the number, the name, relay types, whether the phone busy or not and any voicemail and so on.

■  “System Settings” allows E-PBX to operate properly and at the highest efficiency, meeting the enterprise demand for personalized configuration.

  “System Settings” includes system status、network parameters, relay parameters, de-electrification, number matching, feature set, the rate, system voice prompts, keep the music management, call recording management, password modification, system restart and so on.
